USA Customers
All items will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and should arrive in around 1-2 days from the day is was mailed. We are not responsible for lost orders once they are delivered to the post office.
Orders received before 3:00pm PST will be mailed out the following business day. A delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you once your package has been mailed.

Returns

Defective items:
All defective items MUST be returned to the manufacturer of the item within 14 days, not to Kenon Hobby.

Restocking fee:

All returns or exchanges must include proof of purchase.

No exchange or return:
Only un-opened parts can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the purchase. There will be no return on any electrical item (anything that contains any type of wire or battery)

Claims must be prompt:
Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. Notify us of any shortages or discrepancies in your order within 2 working days of receipt. No claims after that.
